Citrus salmon is a vibrant and flavourful dish that combines salmon’s rich, buttery taste with the bright, zesty flavours of fresh citrus. Marinated or glazed with lemon, lime, or orange juice, the salmon becomes tender, juicy, and fragrant as it cooks. The citrus enhances the fish’s natural sweetness and adds a refreshing tang that balances its richness, making each bite light yet satisfying.
