- 4 medium sized chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
Preheat oven to 400℉/200℃/Gas Mark 6.
Remove the chicken breasts from the packaging and place them onto a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper.
Season the breasts with salt, black pepper, thyme and basil. Slice a lemon into thin, even slices and place the lemon slices on top of the chicken breasts.
Place into the oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool.
