Baked Chicken Thighs

- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili flakes optional
Preheat your oven to 425℉/220℃/Gas Mark 7. Let it fully heat up before baking the thighs.
In a small bowl whisk together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes.
Take a 9x13 pan and line it with parchment paper. Place the chicken thighs onto the parchment paper and drizzle the olive oil on top of them. Take each thigh and place into the mixed spices.
Place the thighs back into the pan and place into the oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉/74℃.
Remove from the oven. Let rest for 5 minutes then serve with your favorite side dish.
