Beef & Noodle Stir Fry
This beef stir-fry recipe is incredibly easy and perfect for weeknights. Make sure to add the chili flakes for an extra kick to this stir-fry recipe!

Stir Fry Sauce
- 1/2 c. low salt soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp. chili flakes for heat if desired
Beef & Noodles Stir Fry
- 1/2 large onion diced
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 16 oz. ready-made stir-fry noodles
Stir Fry Sauce Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, ginger powder, cornstarch, and chili flakes. Set aside.
Beef & Noodle Stir Fry Instructions
Drizzle some olive oil onto the frying pan and set at medium-low heat. Dice the white onion and fry for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Dice the garlic. Add to the frying pan and fry until aromatic. Generally about 1-2 minutes.
Add the raw ground beef and continue to fry until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste while frying.
Add the broccoli florets and fry for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
Lastly, add the stir-fry noodles and stir-fry sauce.
Continue frying for 5 minutes. Stirring frequently to ensure that the whole stir-fry has been coated in the sauce.
Remove from heat. Let it cool and enjoy!
