Beef Tacos Recipe

These easy beef tacos are made with seasoned ground beef, melted mozzarella cheese, and fresh toppings for a quick, family-friendly dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. filtered water
  • 2 c. mozzarella
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 2 c fresh romaine lettuce shredded
  • Salsa. Sour cream or/& guacamole (optional)
  • 6 large taco shells

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan on the stovetop, on medium heat, brown the ground beef. About 5-6 minutes.
  • Once the ground beef is cooked through, add the taco seasoning packet and filtered water. Bring to a boil and let boil until the beef has thickened. About 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the beef in the pan and let melt. Remove from the heat.
  • Fill the tortillas with the diced tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. Fold & enjoy!
