Beef Tacos Recipe
These easy beef tacos are made with seasoned ground beef, melted mozzarella cheese, and fresh toppings for a quick, family-friendly dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. filtered water
- 2 c. mozzarella
- 2 large tomatoes diced
- 2 c fresh romaine lettuce shredded
- Salsa. Sour cream or/& guacamole (optional)
- 6 large taco shells
In a large pan on the stovetop, on medium heat, brown the ground beef. About 5-6 minutes.
Once the ground beef is cooked through, add the taco seasoning packet and filtered water. Bring to a boil and let boil until the beef has thickened. About 5-6 minutes.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the beef in the pan and let melt. Remove from the heat.
Fill the tortillas with the diced tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. Fold & enjoy!
