- 4 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz. diced tomatoes drained (400g)
- 14 oz. canned sweetcorn drained (200g)
- 1/2 white onion finely diced
- 1 1/2 c. ranch dressing
- 1 c. BBQ sauce
- 12 oz. fusilli pasta
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella
- Parsley to taste
- Cooked bacon bits to top
Preheat the oven to 350℉/176℃/Gas Mark 4.
Cook the fusilli until al dente (almost cooked but still a little bit hard).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, sweetcorn, and diced onion together. Add the pasta once it is cooked.
Pour the ranch sauce and BBQ sauce into the mixing bowl and mix together, making sure that all of the ingredients are coated well.
Pour it into a 9x13 dish and top with the shredded mozzarella, parsley, and cooked bacon bits.
Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
