Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 c. shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz. diced tomatoes drained (400g)
  • 14 oz. canned sweetcorn drained (200g)
  • 1/2 white onion finely diced
  • 1 1/2 c. ranch dressing
  • 1 c. BBQ sauce
  • 12 oz. fusilli pasta
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • Parsley to taste
  • Cooked bacon bits to top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉/176℃/Gas Mark 4.
  • Cook the fusilli until al dente (almost cooked but still a little bit hard).
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, sweetcorn, and diced onion together. Add the pasta once it is cooked.
  • Pour the ranch sauce and BBQ sauce into the mixing bowl and mix together, making sure that all of the ingredients are coated well.
  • Pour it into a 9x13 dish and top with the shredded mozzarella, parsley, and cooked bacon bits.
  • Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
