Chicken Caesar Salad

- 4 c. chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 medium chicken breasts cooked and sliced
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 c. croutons
- 3 tbsp. Caesar salad dressing
Wash the lettuce and let dry. Chop it up into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl.
Using pre-cooked chicken breasts, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces then add to the bowl with the lettuce.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top of the lettuce and cheese.
Add the croutons and Caesar salad dressing.
Toss all the salad ingredients together and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
