Chicken Caesar Salad

This chicken Caesar salad recipe is easy to make and is a refreshingly tasty meal.  Served asa hearty lunch or as a light dinner, this recipe is perfect for easy weeknight meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 c. chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 c. croutons
  • 3 tbsp. Caesar salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce and let dry. Chop it up into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl.
  • Using pre-cooked chicken breasts, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces then add to the bowl with the lettuce.
  • Grate the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top of the lettuce and cheese.
  • Add the croutons and Caesar salad dressing.
  • Toss all the salad ingredients together and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
