Preheat the oven to 425℉/220℃/Gas Mark 7.
In a lined baking tray, place the chicken breasts. To make sure that they cook evenly, pound the chicken breast first.
Season the breasts with salt and pepper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated mozzarella, garlic powder, and paprika together. Cover the chicken breasts with the mixture.
In a small bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, chili flakes, and parsley together. Sprinkle on top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until an internal thermometer reading reads 165℉.
