Creamy Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. full-fat cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉/220℃/Gas Mark 7.
  • In a lined baking tray, place the chicken breasts. To make sure that they cook evenly, pound the chicken breast first.
  • Season the breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated mozzarella, garlic powder, and paprika together. Cover the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, chili flakes, and parsley together. Sprinkle on top of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until an internal thermometer reading reads 165℉.
  • Serve and enjoy!
