Crockpot Chili Recipe

- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans 14.5oz/400g diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15.5oz/439g red kidney beans
- 1 can 11.5oz/341ml of corn
Add the lean ground beef, diced tomatoes (not drained), red kidney beans (drained and rinsed), and can of corn to the slow cooker.
Season with the above spices: salt, black pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and oregano.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Remove from the slow cooker and serve.
