- 2 English cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced and quartered
- 1/2 c. fresh dill diced
- Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Wash the cucumbers then thinly slice them and place them into a bowl.
Slice the red onion in long, quartered slivers and place into the bowl with the cucumbers.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper together. Pour over the cucumbers and onions right before serving.
Mince the dill and garnish right before serving the salad and toss the salad well in the vinaigrette and dill.
