Ingredients
  

  • 2 English cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 c. fresh dill diced
  • Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumbers then thinly slice them and place them into a bowl.
  • Slice the red onion in long, quartered slivers and place into the bowl with the cucumbers.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper together. Pour over the cucumbers and onions right before serving.
  • Mince the dill and garnish right before serving the salad and toss the salad well in the vinaigrette and dill.
