Easy Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

- 1/2 c. 113g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
Preheat the oven to 350℉/176℃/Gas Mark 4.
In a medium bowl, mix together 1/4 c. granulated sugar, fresh blueberries, and lemon zest. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and whole milk to the dry ingredients. Whisk together until the batter is no longer lumpy.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter. Pour the cobbler batter into the bottom of the dish and pour the blueberries on top of the batter.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the batter comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Serve with ice cream or fresh cream!
