Garlic Parmesan Pasta Recipe
This one-pot garlic Parmesan pasta recipe is made in30 minutes and is the perfect easy, weeknight meal. This pasta recipe takes very little prep but does not compromise on taste one bit!

- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. whole milk or 1 c. of fresh cream
- 2 c. chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 oz. linguine noodles uncooked
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- Parsley to garnish if desired
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, then add the minced garlic to the pan.
Sauté for about 1-2 minutes or until the garlic becomes aromatic.
Add the butter, milk, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and uncooked linguine noodles to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
Once it has been brought to a boil, reduce the heat to a low simmer and place the lid onto the pan. Cook for 20 minutes or until the pasta is soft.
Remove the heat and add the Parmesan cheese and parsley if using. Stir together, then serve!
