Guacamole Recipe
This delicious guacamole recipe is sure to be a hit at your party. Very little prep time and you have a great snack to take to someone’s house or to serve at yours!

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 2 red chilis seeds removed
- 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/8 c. Coriander finely chopped
Slice your avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place into the hand mixer bowl. Blend here with a hand blended for smooth guacamole or mash for chunky guacamole.
Finely chop the tomato. Slice the red chilis down the centres and remove the seeds. Finely chop and put the tomato and sliced chilis into the bowl with the avocado.
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both sides into the bowl.
Finely chop the coriander. Add to the bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir all of the ingredients together with a silicone spatula until all of the guacamole ingredients are mixed together and a thick guacamole dip is formed.
Serve and enjoy!
