Guacamole Recipe

This delicious guacamole recipe is sure to be a hit at your party.  Very little prep time and you have a great snack to take to someone’s house or to serve at yours!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 2 red chilis seeds removed
  • 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/8 c. Coriander finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Slice your avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place into the hand mixer bowl. Blend here with a hand blended for smooth guacamole or mash for chunky guacamole.
  • Finely chop the tomato. Slice the red chilis down the centres and remove the seeds. Finely chop and put the tomato and sliced chilis into the bowl with the avocado.
  • Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both sides into the bowl.
  • Finely chop the coriander. Add to the bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Stir all of the ingredients together with a silicone spatula until all of the guacamole ingredients are mixed together and a thick guacamole dip is formed.
  • Serve and enjoy!
