- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 c. honey
- 6 garlic cloves diced
- 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. chili flakes
Mix the honey, diced garlic cloves, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and chili flakes together in a small bowl. Remove the chicken thighs from the fridge and place them into a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and let them marinate for 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃/Gas Mark 6.
