Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp. honey mustard sauce
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃/Gas Mark 6.
  • Place the salmon fillets onto a baking parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Using a little olive oil, brush the olive oil onto each salmon fillet. Season each fillet with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey mustard sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and dill. Pour the sauce on top of each of the fillets and coat generously.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes when a fork is inserted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
