Meatloaf Recipe with Glaze

Meatloaf
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 med. onion finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/8 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
Meatloaf Glaze
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃/Gas Mark 5
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients together and mix well
Add the mixed meat to the loaf pan. Gently press the meat down and shape the loaf evenly
Bake meatloaf for 40 minutes then remove from oven and spread meatloaf sauce over the top of the meatloaf. Return to oven
Bake for another 15-20 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve
