- 2 diced chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Pepper and salt to taste
Fry the diced chicken breasts on medium heat until the edges start to cook. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the salsa and Dijon mustard into the pan and coat the chicken evenly.
Cover with a lid and let fry for 25 minutes or until fully cooked through.
